Cancellation & Refund Policy

At AVL Wellness, we value your time and the time of our providers. Our scheduling policies help us provide exceptional care while ensuring appointment availability for all clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Unless otherwise noted below, appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 or 50% of the scheduled service fee, whichever is greater.
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment ("no-shows") will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment and may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
A valid credit card may be required to reserve appointments.
Deposits for Aesthetic Services
Appointments for select higher-value aesthetic services—including Botox®, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and facial balancing treatments—require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
The deposit will be applied toward the cost of your scheduled service.
For these services, the deposit policy replaces the standard cancellation fee. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or if the client does not arrive for the appointment, the $100 deposit will be forfeited.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may have the deposit transferred to a future appointment at the discretion of AVL Wellness.
Personal Training Packages
Personal training sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a completed session and deducted from the client's package.
One emergency late cancellation per calendar quarter may be waived at the discretion of AVL Wellness management.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of medical, aesthetic, wellness, and fitness services, services that have already been rendered are generally non-refundable.
Treatment outcomes vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. If you have concerns regarding a service you have received, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can discuss your concerns and determine an appropriate resolution.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. AVL Wellness reserves the right to waive cancellation fees or make reasonable exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at management's discretion.
Changes to This Policy
AVL Wellness reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
